BlackTorch Media provides AI visibility optimization, digital presence enhancement, structured data implementation, content strategy, and related marketing services. Services are delivered according to the scope agreed upon during onboarding or outlined in your selected service tier.

2. No Guaranteed Rankings

While we offer a performance-based visibility guarantee, BlackTorch Media does not guarantee specific rankings, placements, or outcomes on any third-party platform, including search engines or AI tools. AI-generated recommendations are influenced by multiple external factors beyond our direct control.

3. Guarantee Terms

Our 45-day AI Visibility Guarantee applies only to measurable improvements in AI visibility signals as defined in client reporting. If the guarantee criteria are not met, BlackTorch Media will continue working at no additional cost until measurable improvement occurs. Refunds are not provided.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate business information, timely approvals, access to required platforms, and cooperation necessary to perform services effectively.

5. Intellectual Property

All strategies, frameworks, systems, and proprietary methodologies (including the AI Visibility Dominance System™) remain the intellectual property of BlackTorch Media. Client-owned materials remain the property of the client.

6. Payment & Billing

Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles are outlined in your service agreement. Failure to remit payment may result in service suspension.

7. Limitation of Liability

BlackTorch Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms outlined in the service agreement. BlackTorch Media reserves the right to terminate access for violations of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BlackTorch Media operates.
